Over the past couple of months I’ve been asked to share my story through some online interviews and feel lucky to have been able to have these conversations! I wanted to share links to them here for anyone who would like to read more.

Earlier this month Italy Magazine asked if they could include my story in their continuing series “True Stories of Buying Property in Italy”. I was happy to be interviewed by their contributing editor, Silvia Donati. They aim to give readers a realistic perspective about what this process is like in Italy so I talked about the overall process, the challenges, and rewards.
In December, Annette Joseph asked if we could chat on her IGTV about the house build. She’s a friend, fellow-expat, author, and designer and recently completed a huge renovation project in northern Tuscany with an 11th century fortress. I visited during it’s completion in 2019 but our 2020 plans for another visit were thwarted unfortunately but I’m looking forward to getting back when things reopen as it’s full of interior inspiration (as you can see by this adorable Wes-Anderson-esque video that she made below)!
She previously had spoken about moving to Italy and buying property on her IGTV and then thought a perspective about what it was like to build property here as well would be an interesting addition for her followers. It was a fun little chat.
